Office Chair for Computer Desk

Ended up having to buy a new chair for sitting at my computer desk.   To protect the leather (probably fake leather) I made a cover from some festive SW patterned canvas.  I'm not too bad at using a sewing machine (for a guy - LOL)

"Texas" Floor Lamp

This week's project was a "Texas" floor lamp made from mahogany.  Takes a standard light bulb (think LED would work, but didn't have one).  A 100W installed.  There is a dimmer control that allows a very wide range of luminosity.   "Texas" because the statre outline inlaid in the base.   A cool butterfly holds the shade on.  (In the photo I haven't gotten around to removing the clear wrap covering the shade).
