Camphor Burl Electric semi-hollow sn 0051 - 1st in series

This is the fist built with a camphor burl top, mahogony back, maple with hardwood stringer neck, and ebony fingerboard.  Wrap around hard tail bridge and 9 switch settings (3 humbucker positions, 3 outside single coil positions, 3 inside single coil positions).  Chrome hardware.  Inlays are white MOP and abalone.  (I got the neck angle right in this one -- see previous post).   .  The burl in this top is a darker in color with deep reds.  Photos don't really do it justice.

Camphor Burl Electric semi-hollow sn 0052 - 2nd of series

This is the second built with a camphor burl top, mahogony back, maple with hardwood stringer neck, and ebony fingerboard.  Wrap around hard tail bridge and 9 switch settings (3 humbucker positions, 3 outside single coil positions, 3 inside single coil positions).  Gold hardware.  Inlays are gold MOP and abalone.  Had to recess the bridge a little because I got the neck angle wrong and couldn't remove neck due to the tennon joint being 6+ " into the body.  Turned out good anyway.  The burl in this top is a little lighter in color with more oranges.
