Old Woman Uke

One of these years I might settle into mass producing something, but for now everything is unique and different (sometimes even odd). This one is a ukulele with a viola neck profile and a head piece carved to look like a grizzeled old woman. The body is spalted maple, top is spruce, neck is hard maple, bridge and finger board is bubinga (african cherry). It plays very well, and I think that the extra nut to tuning peg angle helps it hold it tuning better. - SN 0033
